FUTBIN is a third-party EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team database and planning platform. It is not an EA product, and it does not replace the official EA Companion App. Its role is to help players research the market and plan club decisions with more data than the in-game menus normally show.
FUTBIN’s current Terms of Service, last updated 24 February 2026, identify Better Collective A/S as the owner and operator. The terms list Danish CVR number 27652913 and cover Futbin.com, the iOS app, Android app and FUTBIN Premium.
The official FUTBIN app page lists live player prices, a combined Squad & Tactic Builder, current Objectives and SBC information, Evolutions tools, instant notifications and an AI-powered Pack Scanner.
FUTBIN’s database is useful because one footballer may have several Player Items with different ratings, positions, PlayStyles, chemistry value, rarity and price. Comparing the correct version matters more than looking only at the footballer’s name.
The builder lets players test a lineup before spending coins. It can be used to compare expensive and budget alternatives, visualise chemistry and think about formation/tactical structure away from the console.
FUTBIN surfaces SBC information and cost estimates and provides Evolution browsing/building tools. These are planning tools: the actual SBC submission and Evolution eligibility are controlled by EA’s live game.
FUTBIN describes Pack Scanner as AI-powered. A user photographs a pack result, and the tool identifies Player Items so prices can be checked faster than manually searching every card.
FUTBIN says basic app features can be used without an account. Accounts become more relevant for personalised features such as saving squads, Evolutions, notifications and Pack Scanner.
The app is free to download and use, with optional in-app purchases such as ad removal. FUTBIN Premium subscriptions are governed by the app-store billing terms described in FUTBIN’s Terms of Service.
EA Help currently lists FUTBIN as one of only three approved FC community partners, alongside FUT.GG and FUTWIZ. Through EA’s Community API, users can grant permission to an approved site without sharing the EA password with that site.
For the difference between planning and direct club management, see FUTBIN vs EA Companion.
FUTBIN accounts are used under licence rather than owned by the user. The terms say FUTBIN may deactivate or terminate an account, including for long inactivity or rule violations, and users are responsible for keeping their own passwords secure.
The June 2026 privacy update says Better Collective may process account details, device/browser information, approximate location, authentication events, usage data, notification preferences and advertising interactions depending on how a person uses FUTBIN.
FUTBIN’s privacy policy describes personalised advertising, audience profiling and selected technology/advertising partners. Users can manage certain ad and communication preferences through account settings, unsubscribe controls and cookie/privacy tools.
FUTBIN is not simply a static public database. Once you create an account, save squads, enable notifications or connect services, the product becomes personalised and data-driven, which is why the legal/privacy pages are part of understanding the service.
